    I've had a problem with my muscle milk (only used one serving) I put it in 9 ounces of milk and it was so unbelievably thick. it had the potential to be great I think but why is it so thick??? is it better in water??? or something like 16 ounces of milk??? and break it up?

    On the bottle of one+ it says infertility may occur. Is this a big problem ???? I havent heard much talk of it on these boards, whats up with that???? How often does this occur???? argh im scared ;(
