GABA is a great sup; very underrated.
It still doesn't hold a candle to its derivative GHB though (or phenibut, for that matter)... its a shame it comes with all that addiction/tolerance/dependence baggage in addition to the obvious legality issues. One of the greatest recovery/sleep drugs...
Try out Glycerol Mono-Stearate. I had been using 1/2 tsp. pre-workout and just recently cut back because my pumps were getting too big... to the point that they were a nuisance to my workout. Its out of stock at nutra right now, but its dirt cheap and worth a shot if you've never tried it.
Sprinters have been known to do this on occasion. it's called "soda-loading" if i'm not mistaken, and is supposed to buffer lactic acid. I believe there were some pretty severe side effects associated with higher doses though, enough to make it not worth while.
I'm not aware of how a smaller...
I tried putting together a custom cap with 25mg Methyl Synephrine... and the pricing says it is $7,500 ?!?!? I know this stuff doesn't cost $1 per milligram... is this some kind of error?
1g NAC +1g Vitamin C + B complex immediately before and after drinking works quite well at diminishing the Acetaldehyde related symptoms (although I more often just take an entire B-Complex rather than just B6). Combine with plenty of water, as everyone else has pointed out, and hangovers should...
If a drug-test sample was analyzed via GC/MS then I agree that the two would be quite distinct. However, in a metabolite-detecting test, couldn't it be possible for the two compounds to share a common metabolite? It happens all the time with other drugs. 1,3-Dimethyamylamine is still a new...
Actually, when placed side by side, the two do have some structural similarities.
(I drew up a side-by-side in chemdraw, but I'm not allowed to post links/images yet... shucks.)
Also, although they are still two completely unique compounds, they do have some vaguely similar actions in regards...
I didn't think they still gave out free samples! I used to get a ton with pretty much every order... but I don't think I've gotten any free samples in like a year and a half (my last 10+ orders).
This sounds shady as hell.
A quick google search turned up a study that I can't post a link to (not enough posts), but just google "oxytropis falcate" and it should be the first one that comes up.
Just from reading the abstract, it looks like they extracted 14 compounds from the whole...
Molecular weight will be exactly the same.... The D- and L- forms are simply annotations that distinguish two different isomers of aspartic acid, i.e. they have the same chemical composition, but the shape of the molecule is slightly different.
I'm not sure if a transdermal would be an...
I have to disagree here. When I was a senior in high school I discovered the world of supps half way through the season and began using a citruline malate/Beta-Alanine/BCAA stack before my races. It IMMEDIATELY took an entire second off of my 400m times... my muscles had plenty more give in the...
Weed.
If you wanna go the legal route: Phenibut, if you are in search of something that is somewhat similar to alcohol. Its a nice for relaxing/calming/tension-easing, but dose carefully and only use occasionally (i.e. not every day) to avoid tolerance/dependence/withdrawal. I like to stack it...
Hmmm well I can't give much for details... I looked hard but couldn't really find a lot. Basically the best info I could find was from a few health websites saying that the two work well together since they are purported to have similar benefits (CNS calming, muscle relaxation, insulin...
This topic intrigued me, so i looked into it a little bit. Apparently the synergy of magnesium and taurine is what causes the effects that have been detailed in this thread with Magnesium Taurate. So here is what I'm thinking: Wouldn't taking any form of chelated magnesium (i.e. Citrate...
