You could also look into Total Gym style machines. At first I was hesitant but I wound up getting a Weider knock-off (a bit better since it has added resistance cords) and it has helped tremendously with the apartment workouts.
It’s often recommended to have a SERM (and AI) on hand for PCT should you need it. What is the best SERM to keep on hand (and AI if you want to give your take on that too)?
The hard seltzers are an easy top 5 pick for me. I love white claw mango but truly tropical packs and lemonade packs are great too. Hell, even the white claw tropical packs are good.
Yeah I know. The flu shot at its worst gives you some mild protection and is like $10 or less and often free. I’d rather just walk up to my local pharmacy, show my insurance card and get a flu shot free of charge. I see 0 downside to getting it.
I didn’t until 2 years ago I got the flu so bad I was borderline pneumonia and was almost hospitalized. Since then I have, and will get it. I think the general fear of this virus will cause more to get a vaccine though.
More likely to be a function of a search engine algorithm than some cabal’s agenda. You can partially tell by the fact the search results have the number but not always the same headline, or even same view/stance/gist.
My logic for holding out one extra month is that maybe therapeutics will be more readily available and understood by then should I get it soon thereafter. A vaccine is probably a few more months away at best (I’m optimistic given the Moderna & UK phase 3 trials starting soon), but good...
True, but a virus is a little different. Gyms are just natural hot zones for respiratory droplets and that makes me a bit more cautious. I think I could only hold out for another month (until August) though.
I would definitely give it a shot. I take KSM-66 and rhodiola but I find CBD to be much better for acute stressors. I was surprised how much it worked for my mom to be honest. I have only had solo CBD in gummy form but I great things about all forms, especially oil tinctures.
I feel that bro. I’ve been keeping my depression mostly at bay too. Gyms just seem like one of the worst places for droplets though. If we know nothing else we do at least know that’s how it spreads and I think I’d be even more depressed if I contracted corona.
My gym just sent me an email about their reopening later this week, and while I’m pumped to get back in there I still think waiting a month is the smart move.
I love CBD for anxiety. I used gummies but I’m sure other forms work well too. I actually had my mom try them and she’s replaced her xanax script with CBD.
I respond best to the stairclimber and get my leanest when using it. I love it so much I signed up for a bougie gym earlier this year just because they had a location with 6 stairclimbers and there was almost always one available, and not the peddle kind but the actual revolving stairmill kind.
