    Hawk thanks for the reps and i just got back from trying this out at the gym. It really rocks the medial head but you can feel it everywhere in the long and lateral heads too. It really made me feel like every other tricep workout i have ever done has been a waste. Highly recommend this :yup:

    Wilderbeast... when you say freeze does the mixed solution actually freeze solid or is it putting in the freezer sets the solution at the correct temperature so it is not destroyed over time? I heard that freezing will actually break down the proteins and destroy the solution. I'm new to this...

    i'm sure you will make it. I did 3 days starchy carbs and 3 days fibrous carbs cycling last summer and right around the 6 week mark started shedding fat big time... i got scared that i would loose muscle mass too so backed off... first time in my life i ever remember seeing my abs though.
