  1. Pregnenolone long-term use...safe?

I couldn't find my usual brand (source naturals) of sublingual tablets instock anywhere online. If you were looking for the same brand, then you might want to look for the tablets by Ortho Molecular on your site. It appears they're also sublingual based on the ingredients and comments in the...
  2. Pregnenolone long-term use...safe?

Are you using a sublingual tablet? If so, what brand? I can't seem to find the brand I normally use instock anywhere online.
  3. TRT and Anxiety

I've just started reading up on lithium (orotate and aspartate) for improved mood and to especially help with my rapid mood swings. Do you have much experience with this supplement? The information I've been reading seems to indicate it's great and I'm curious as to why it's not recommended...
  4. Ashwagandha experiences

Maybe I was taking too much. Was taking 3 to 4 capsules spread throughout the day. Regardless, thanks for the ashwagandha recommendation.
  5. Ashwagandha experiences

Swanson bacognize. Just got really tired and irritable. Did help with anxiety though.
  6. Ashwagandha experiences

Thanks. Hoping I have better luck with ashwagandha than I did with bacopa. It seemed to make me very irritable for a few hours after taking it. Might try stacking ashwagandha and aniracetam.
  7. Ashwagandha experiences

Has anyone used the Gaia Herbs brand of ashwagandha? Wondering how it would compare to the Now brand?
  8. Anavite

Yeah, I figured I'd get all my vitamins and magnesium in one supplement...versus the two seperate products I'm taking now. Anavite's the same price as the two combined but also includes BA and LCLT. I might add some of my bulk ALCAR to it too.
  9. Anavite

Money is definitely an issue. Also, I don't need greens or joint support (plus anavite includes the full amount of magnesium).
  10. Anavite

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I'm not wanting to turn this in to a comparison with OT. I'm just curious about everyones thoughts on anavite.
  11. Anavite

Thoughts on this multivitamin (in particular, the powder version)? It doesn't seem to be recommended nearly as often as OT. I wasn't sure if there's something I'm missing in the formula, concerns about the quality or just the fact that it seems like CL has more reps in the forum (nothing wrong...
  12. How many use agmatine for health benefits?

Does anyone know if agmatine also increases cerebral blood flow?
  13. Adaptogens?

Is a higher dose of bacopa sedating and a lower dose energizing? Or does it just depend on the brand and/or individual?
  14. Ashwagandha, more than an adaptogen

In one of your other posts you mentioned taking bacopa, ashwagandha and alpha gpc. If limited funds were an issue, would you take ashwagandha or alpha gpc with bacopa; if increases in focus, memory and energy are desired?
  15. Need Some Advice

I'm thinking about having a basic hormone test performed (through privatemdlabs as discussed in the anabolics forum). However, I'm a little unsure as to whether my situation warrants it being done. A little about me: For the last few years I've had memory issues (including forgetting...
  16. Adaptogens?

Which adaptogen have you found to provide the best synergy with prenenolone?
  17. Adaptogens?

I agree with you. However, I have to shoulder some of the blame too by not being proactive and requesting a copy of the results. At least they were quick about faxing them to me. No test for T levels was performed.
  18. Adaptogens?

Will do. Thanks. As a side note, I had blood tests done almost a year ago to try and determine if there was an underlying issue. However, the doctor only said on my follow-up that everything was within range. I just requested that they fax me the test results so I can see if my T levels are...
  19. Adaptogens?

Definitely looking for a reduction in anxiety and brain fog; some memory improvement would be a plus too. I just read a thread you started which talked about DHEA. It definitely sounds like a beneficial supplement (for those that need it). However, like you mention, it doesn't sound like...
  20. Adaptogens?

Low dose Galantamine is the only thing I found that prevents headaches from Aniracetam. Any other precursor or ache inhibitor just makes the headaches and brain fog worse. It just seems like the two work really well together. I may have to see if an adaptogen makes it even better. I'm going...
