Magnesium and zinc help me sleep mate I really notice the difference when I take a different multi. I take ON optimen which has both in good doses. You could try zma then you'd know but make sure you get a reputable brand as the cheap ones use magnesium the body doesn't absorb well and can give...
I didn't say you couldn't train multiple times a week, of course ya can. I'm saying it's not the only way to train. I'm sure some get great results from high frequency I'm not arguing that.
Guys like Mike Matthews and Jim Stoppani only train each muscle group once a week and both have impressive physiques for natural lifters. Don't quote me but I think Jason Ferruggia does as well.
That's the thing if you train with more volume you're gonna take longer to recover. Atm I'm doing four days a week Monday chest/biceps/abs, Tuesday legs, thurs shoulders/traps/abs and fri back/triceps. I'm doing bookends where you go back to hit the heavy the compound movements with the same...

I swear the hunger I get isn't normal, I feel like I could just eat all day long. I thought it may have been the placebo effect when I was on epi but I know now it's definitely not I'm ****in starving all day.
I get random vertigo attacks myself mate so know how ya fell they're nasty ****. Best advice I can give is to stay calm and try to take your mind off it as best you can. The anxiety makes it worse then being anxious about a dizzy spell coming out of nowhere brings on a mini panic attack which...
