Okay thanks, yes most people here are saying dont waste your money on it. Maybe something to try if nothing else is working - but I'm travelling heaps well just love learning about different techniques. Probably getting annoying with all my questions on here. Sorry guys.
When I was doing it id have a higher carb day on Thursday and Sunday but can't recall how many carbs I was having on my high carb days. and was only having carbs post workout on my low carb days. Might be something to touch on again when I need to mix it up a little
Yes I've tried carb cycling before and didn't really enjoy it. Where as with this keto diet I have so much energy and as long as I have coconut oil pre workout I have no struggles getting through my workout. However I am going to need to spike my insulin post work out if I want to build muscle...
Haha yes my dreams have been getting pretty crazy!! Other night I'm just waking up regularly and waking at 2:30am each morning regardless of the time I go to bed.
It's not bothering me but I do worry about the effects in cortisol.
Oh okay cool 20lbs - pretty good effort.
Good guidelines there. I'm in my 4th week of getting leaner and will need to build some more muscle soon. What changes do you suggest there? Carbs post workout and otherwise keep eating keto?

But what I have noticed is that my sleep...
I'm 56.5 kgs so 124lbs.
Another trainer put me at 1350cals saying that that would put me in a deficit of 500 so I just went with that.

Is this not a good formula to be using?
Okay great for the past 2 weeks I have been eating 1350 cal with my macros at 55% fat 35%protein and 10% carbs (from vegetables)
I have lost 2.5kgs since starting that.
I used your method to calculate protein at 125g (500cal) leaving me with 850cal where I eat an equal balance between the...
Thanks spaniard that's really good.
Yeah I'd like to stay lean and gain a bit of muscle at the same time.
When adding additional calories do they need to come from carbs? Or does it not matter?
