    I take 400 at night. But read some guys supplement higher than that. I read pre workout for contractions, or post workout for muscle relaxation. I take glycine at night but was thinking of trying a different for like oxide around workout

    I never had hair shedding before. Definitely not in family history. Currently on top muscle androlo pro, myosynergy, bmp, creatine, been running top muscle and androlo pro since end of april. Been running bmp and myo since February I am wondering what could be causing it. @dsade

    Wow sorry to hear that. I bought dry fit shirts for when I wear it before gym and wash after. I know the scent lingers in clothes but I felt I was able to get it off as I haven't noticed any other staining on my clothes... I've been using it for 3 months now, 4 days a week.
