    Wow, thats pretty great effects for you. My effects with gh and several brands were just worst joint pain ever. I was leaner and fuller, however for me I did not notice any muscle growth on it. However I wasnt taking steroids with it.

    right and even if it didnt you probably wouldnt notice anything from it other than water retention. I think the effects of gh are overstated, maybe for competior level BB it would show, but average lifter just a little leaner.

    I got the immediate rash as well, but it went away during the workout. To me the older formula caused skin redness just not as much, however new formula is stronger. Definitely feel a more thermogenic effect from new version

    Mine is the same. Pump may be clogged from extra grit or just air in the line. I have been pumping until I get a quarter size. The former formula was very runny so the thicker one is a nice improvement. All in all i try to match the volume which should be 1mL

    I do, but to be fair the old formula is would these little brown and green balls from applying. So no not perfect but cleaner and not bad smelling like older formula

    Same, I am wondering if that is the reason why you pump very little comes out. The pumps aren't consistent, so I double dose. Product gives great pump and thermogenenic. Gritty but not terrible
