H-Drol cycle feedback
I just finished a H-Drol cycle that was 4 weeks at 50/75/75/75, but I couldn't go another 2 weeks to make it 6 as I noticed pain in the liver/kidney area. BCAA's before bed, or will it give you insomnia?
I down my protein right before bed all the time with no issues and it's loaded with BCAA's. It might be something else you are having in the late afternoon causing you to stay up. I sometimes use my pre-workout supplements late in the day and it keeps me up so I tend not to have them past 5p.m.- 2buff
