I have used cardarine multiple times and love it for the endurance purpose. Haven't used the Sarms1 brand. I stacked it with the ECA stack and was like on cloud 9 for energy. I am a ECA stack junkie though. I just buy either bronkAid or Primatene and add the caffeine and aspirin with it. All in...
I just started using pump dirt and it is bad ass! I definitely tastes like S$&t or as they call it dirt! Use it more for the GDA, but tried it once with preworkout carbs and CRAZY pump.
Limitless never used
If you don't want advice from guys that have been around go and do more of your own. Everything here I have read from the guys is legit and trying to look out for you.
I have used Cardarine and SR9009 and for fat loss, I wouldn't buy either again. BUT I do love Cardarine for the cardio endurance, totally noticed that after 2nd day! That was awesome. SR9009 I have come to realize I wasted my money on that one.
Great Challenge. Just wanted to say thanks for posting it. I did a two week modified challenge of 200 push-up and 75 pull-ups and was done a week ago. Now with the rest I am killing the pull-ups and can see growth! HIT4ME
Nice work!
I bought some for the same reason you mentioned and it is bad ass!
I was skeptical as well to. I have only used it twice and save it for big occasions for myself. I am doing Keto myself.
Those guys are right on. I am the same height as you and got fat and was up to 200lbs and went on the keto diet and now am 177. During that time I put on decent muscle as well. Would have been nice to just slowly clean bulk.
Live and learn
Now I know myself as well
More reason to keep rocking the weights then[emoji106]. Once you start seeing results it's so addictive. Make a plan and stay the course, but plans can always be tweaked.
That's what I would do seeing your picks and how much weight you are putting up. I like the advice of minimum calories over maintenance to see gains. You could lose body fat and add muscle probably pretty easy at this point of the game.
I think the best advice here is to find a plan that fits your goal. I used to do what your doing, but found way better gains in the lately on a set plan. There are a lot out there and don't know much about the PHAT program, but a lot of people do rave about it.
Just my opinion
Good luck
