  1. Natural Anabolics, and those under 18.

I don't expect it to catapult my strength or muscle, as I said before, I'm curious what it can do for me with a good diet and proper training.
  2. Natural Anabolics, and those under 18.

My last max was 235 for bench, however it should be around 250 now. My goal is to do 225 for 8 by June, and I benched 205 for 7 my last w/o. My deadlift isn't good, I haven't deadlifted in a while, I am getting back into it. I also haven't done max squat, but I'm sure it's in the high 200s or...
  3. Natural Anabolics, and those under 18.

If I could push my muscles more than I usually could, whether it be endurance wise, it would help with growth and strength somewhat.
  4. Natural Anabolics, and those under 18.

I'm just interested in seeing what they can do for me, especially when it's rumored that they really help when you eat a lot, which is what I do currently. If it doesn't work, it doesn't work, I just want to know if you think it's worth a try.
  5. Natural Anabolics, and those under 18.

I'll check them out, but back onto the topic of natural anabolics?
  6. Natural Anabolics, and those under 18.

Would refined flours be like white bread? I use whole grain and other breads, just because I don't like the taste of white bread, and I've heard it's unhealthy.
  7. Natural Anabolics, and those under 18.

Lately I've been increasing my food intake, just because I've noticed my hunger go up, I pack around 1000 calories in "snacks" at school in the form of sandwiches, aside from the regular lunch I eat there. I'm basically eating all day, lol.

It's not that I'm not seeing results, it's just that I'm looking for an extra push/edge if you get what I mean.
  12. Natural Anabolics, and those under 18.

I use a multivitamin, krill oil, creatine and plant based protein powder. I've already discovered for myself the power of food, and I take my diet seriously. I'm just interested, with all the buzz about natural anabolics, what it can do for me. I haven't bought a new supplement in months, nor...
  13. Natural Anabolics, and those under 18.

My appetite is fine, I eat like a horse as is, it's just it seems like there are generally positive reviews towards natural anabolics, and they seem to be aiding in what I'm looking for. I'm aware that supplements can mostly be scams, but to me it seems these might give me the extra "umpfh"...

  15. 19 year old looking for advice

The best advise I was ever given was "you should be eating like a ****ing horse." Most supplements won't work for someone as young as you, I should know, because I'm even younger than you are. Food is the key, that's all I can say. Food and consistency. Keep the food clean, and you shouldn't put...
  16. Take a week off from the gym?

I might return Wednesday or Thursday, so maybe a little less than a week, I last worked out on Friday, and I already miss the gym, lol. Right now, I'm focusing on my diet, and I'm trying to perfect it before I come back to the weights.
  17. Take a week off from the gym?

I change my exercises frequently, usually change my routine after a month or so, in-fact I've just recently changed my workout routine, so boredom is not to blame. I'm just thinking that maybe after around 5 months of consistent training, a week off won't hurt just to recuperate the body.
  18. Take a week off from the gym?

    Sweet, any other thoughts?
  19. Take a week off from the gym?

Yeah, I'm figuring that it's been 5 months of lifting, maybe a week off won't hurt, I'll be fully recovered, and more than eager to work out. I feel like if I take a week off, I get anxiety from being away, and all I want to do is go back, which I use to fuel my first workout from the break.
  20. Take a week off from the gym?

The last time I took a week off from the gym was around September, and I've been training pretty consistently up until now, usually going, at the least, 3 times a week, and 5-6 at the most. Recently I've noticed if I put my arm at a 90 angle, supinate my forearm, and slowly lower my arm, as if...
