    in my experience halo is never dramatic but you should atleast be looking "full and pumped" all day

    I don't know if these have been mentioned before but Costco has their own version of quest bars. Kirkland signature is the brand $17.99 for 20 bars in the store. They're pretty good. Definitely worth the cost.
