Yohimbine water retention.
The SA-2A can cause water retention, but it tends to be significantly less or non-existent as compared to using regular yohimbine hcl or a crude extract. If water retention does pose an issue, discontinuing use for around 3 days should be enough time for it to fully dissipate.- Athletix

Yes you can certainly stack them! I would suggest spreading them out by an hour or so, which should be easy if you do Shift on empty stomach and ABE with a meal for example- Athletix
