    Whatever you do, at your fasted state you have to consume less than 50 cals from what I read.

    That's actually a really good point.. I'm stacking the two instead of alot of ppl doing it as a bridge. As it was my first, I was looking more of a recomp instead of bulking which is working really well.

    Maybe my wreaking balls were always jellybeans lol. But I haven't noticed a drastic change enough for me or gf to notice any difference. If I'm feeling all the positives maybe I shouldn't worry that much. Just assume I'm shutdown and follow pct procedures when done with cycle.
