Your hip and lower back could be very well connected with the pain. If it worsens or continues see a doc so you can go do pt to get some exercises to strengthen those lacking muscles and possibly get you back in alignment. Good luck! Nice work!- sawa3

I hardly dose two, but the amount I eat va what you eat is probably very different. :-) I do mine before most of my meals because my carbs are spread through the day. -

Sept 11 Whew, was feeling a bit better this morning so I did have my gym bag ready for after Bible Study..
