Thanks for the reply. And now for the confession: - I didn't get an AI because I read that Halodrol doesn't aromatize - Nolva is still in the mail I do however have PES erase. Is that worth a shot or is it just a joke to try and use with something real like Halodrol? -

Try pouring milk over raw oats. Let it sit for a few minutes and then add some frozen blueberries and splenda. I also got sick of regular oatmeal but I quite like it this way. I also like french toast with whole wheat bread and sugar free syrup.- aoeu
