    I've used both the bulk powder form and the peak beta one that was mentioned. I have to say the peak beta worked quite a bit better. Ditto for the sharts as well....... unfartunately.

    I've never really understood the whole "pump" thing tbh. If I want to get a great "pump" all I need to do is load up on sugar preworkout then do multiple sets of high reps.

    Completely agree about supps needing human trials done before I will try. The only supps that have ever worked for me all had good decent human trials. Any that didn't have human trials did little to nothing for me except lighten my wallet.

    I agree it takes about three weeks to fully kick in. I'm amazed at how soy lecithin keeps you gaining at a consistent rate (even 2 months later). Incredible supplement & super cheap.
