    I will just add my two cents here. My performance has definitely increased. At least a 50 percent increase in energy during my workouts. I still feel like I am losing muscle on this calorie deficit, and I actually feel fatter. Fatter, but stronger. God help me.

    I think you will be happy if you followed your plan. get down to the body fat percentage you were aming for, then start your bulk. Dont try to get to 10 percent, that is a little silly.
