Sleep is over rated. ;)
Just kidding. I can understand that. It's hard when you don't have a normal schedule to fit lots in. I only have time for lifting on shorter run days. :)
Why not run and lift on the same day? ;)
Darn wives.. geez!
It's all good to just log on the days you use origin.
I have mine to use with Protocol tomorrow!
I've had those runs before! Just not mentally there. Very often I am able to battle through. My husband has always said, you ran how many ever miles.. and it didn't go well.. not everyone can say that. :)
Dietetics is my study. I am also working on my personal training cert.
We want to do something where my hubby doesn't have to work long hours and we can enjoy life some. We will probably do so type of business together I'm sure. He will want me to support him after me staying home caring...
It's a nice area. Ill be in Lincoln a lot since I'm starting school. We didn't mind limiting options with the kids and the first 6 years we moved a ton. :)
It's a nice area. We are from Ohio and now live in Nebraska. At offutt afb now. If we didn't like Nebraska so much we might have tried to get up there. Plus hubby's plane is only at offutt. :)
I've stopped correcting people that I'm a chick. :)
It's all good. It will be strange when they are bigger than me. It's still unreal how big they are!
Keep up the great work with running. I'm loving origin!
Oh and mike, I never knew what winter was until I moved to Nebraska. Colder, more snow...
I knew I knew the fitness center name! Lol. We were out there this summer because we visited mt Rushmore. We also visited a few friends there. That is a nice gym. Ours is massive, an has gret equipment, but is an old hanger. :)
Running gets addicting. My husband sucked me in when I had to lose weight and shortly after I started running he signed us up for a half. I love doing new things. Remember to not push yourself too far and remember recovery.
You'll be hooked.
My 7 year old is about 4'8". And my almost 10 year...
So are you running a half marathon in may then? Have you run one before?
We are betting my youngest son will be close to your height. :)
In for what I'm guessing will be a great log!
