Quick update: I've been using a C&P inspired template while running a peaking cycle for an upcoming comp. All in all it's going damn well with rep PRs dropping almost every week of the cycle so far. Looking to hit some big numbers (for me) come comp day. Aiming for 190/130/220 @ u100 (I'm 6'5"...

    Cannibal Swole

I'll be doing some timed squats tomorrow which usually gives me debilitating quad pumps with no supplementation, so I'm preparing myself for actually needing help walking afterwards.

    Cannibal Swole

Yes the black sludgy stuff was a little disconcerting. It's like most of it mixed, but some congealed. I still drank it too but I can imagine trying to suggest it to someone and them looking at it and saying '**** that. Keep your mutant ooze to yourself' :p

No sickening pumps but then I wasn't exactly doing rep work. I definitely felt focused and strong though. Set a new 5RM so that's good? :-/ Also taste is rad. Like a kick in the face (made of apples).

    How old is everyone here?

    32. Strength training for around 3-4 years now (wow time flies) after previously ****ing around doing stupid **** (focus at the time was martial arts). Powerlifting now and competing locally. Only discovered CnP about 3 months ago but loving the influence it's had on my training attitude and the...

    Training Program?

I've been using a template based off C&P stuff I read. Because I'm combining it with a peaking cycle it's a little different at the moment but originally it was MON - Squat and bench variants TUES - conditioning WED - Squat and bench variants THURS - conditioning FRI - Deadlift variants SAT -...

    Inferno Review

I'll add my experience here as well. Bought a bottle of Inferno a month ago. I cut out my regular coffee intake and started on 2 pills per day (1 each in the morning and early afternoon) before moving on to 4 total per day. First few days I was hot as hell. It is summer in Australia but it was...
