    Eh, you never know. In my opinion, all these compounds are going to be banned eventually, so it's probably better to stock up if you plan on using them in the next few years or so. Find a good source and buy legally now; just my $.02.

    None of these give big gains, but for a recomp - Ostarine. There's no reason to use 30mg, use 20 throughout. 30 won't make it any better.

    It does not matter how you feel. Bloodwork is all that matters, and yes, - that's a standard dosage. Would it be possible to do less Clomid or Nolva? Probably, maybe even likely, but this is considered to be good and safe.
