    your pct was not strong at all. you should of run it like this 40/40/20/20 keep your protein intake high. also for supplements I would take alot of BCAA,Creatine,Glutamine for all 3 of these i would use powerchews they are great and work well. plus these are very important muscle building...

    bro if powerchews made a bigger tub that would be great and awsome as well. i like buying supps that offer great servings anything that has 40+ servings is a buy just like the BCAA chews those are a real great buy with some great taste in that tub as well.
