    So your saying they work; but only noticeably if used for long periods of time. I have to bottles of substerone, and a bottle of Iforce Ecdy. I'm guessing I won't much results with them if they work the way you say. I'm gonna try dosing every few hrs and hope that makes it more effective.

    Depends what product your taking. Any product that is more anabolic than androgenic, will work well with this style. More reps means more muscle growth. If you do not overtrain that is. I think most would agree that higher volume, with the right amount of weight, without over training is ideal.
