    ye my gyno sucks had it since i was like 12. also what is my bodyfat you think like 20%? gunna pretty much recomp will be happy if i end the cycle same weight but lower bodyfat. also my strength is already up a ton in 2 weeks incline bench is up 20 lbs same reps.
