The black magic version of Bloodshr3d was probably the best thing I’ve ever used pre-cardio. Nothing before or since come close to getting me into that mindset for a slog on the bike or stairs. The proGBB was a great touch too as it made you sweat your back out.

I really like the lime flavour C4, it’s nice and sharp when the can is cold out of the fridge. That reminds me I need to buy more. A store here (UK) has it at less than £1/can because they’re ‘damaged’ - the plastic shrink wrap on the case is a bit scuffed but the cans are perfect.
  3. Is the Epistane being sold in EU sites, legit?

I’m on TRT so PCT isn’t so much of an issue for me. On cycle support I’ll use 5g taurine/day and something like Liver & Organ defender as it’s pretty comprehensive but TUDCA is probably your best bet.

thanks for that. I do wonder if that is the issue and whether it’s still ongoing as the smell & taste issue can vary from day to day, I.e. on holiday recently in Spain, plenty of fresh food every day, loads of fresh fish, salads, veggies - really good eating and it was absolutely fine but come...

@ironkill it might be an idea to edit your post as the original one has been deleted but it’s still showing in your quote

I’ve just had to trade a case of these and the peach fizz for C4 because long covid has still got a grip on me. dreamsicle tastes like baby sick and peach fizz like vinegar. Thankfully the guy at my local bricks & mortar supp store is a good guy and let me swap.
  7. Supply Chain Update -- Not looking good.

How much are you guys paying for an RTD? The prices here are starting to creep up on my favourite one at the moment from £1 ($1.20) to £1.25 ($1.45) for a 25g protein RTD. as with everything, even non-imported goods are starting to increase, milk especially. Eggs are one of the few items...

    Is everything alright at home?
  10. Supply Chain Update -- Not looking good.

one of the few things we’ve been ok with is eggs. There was a government directive a couple of months ago due to bird flu where farmers were instructed to keep all hens indoors for the duration. I think they’re allowed back outdoors now and so can be classed as free range again but it’s still £1...

Took delivery today of 3 cases of ‘damaged’ C4 limeade, my favourite flavour of them at an equivalent of around $12 a case. the only damage on any of them is the plastic wrap around the cans isn’t as tight as it could be when it arrived. The cans themselves look as though they’ve come straight...

I can see the carnage the first time one drops out of a fridge from a high shelf and someone loses a leg. FIRE IN THE HOLE!

Never had tang but I remember reading the comparisons for Anavite’s powdered version. That was a really nice, strong orange flavour. If that’s how it tastes, I’d echo the want for that.

I really like the C4 RTD’s and Reign but couldn’t get down with ghost’s, especially at the price point they are here (retail for a single can is somewhere around $5)

I wasn’t impressed with the watermelon and the orange cream turned my stomach. I bought a case of OC from the wholesaler near me and it’s just sat there looking at me, distinctly un-drunk
  16. Digestive enzymes

I use ‘Digezyme’ branded enzymes from Bulk (here in the UK). I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
  17. Fexofenadine & sweating

I’m currently using 180mg fexofenadine for cholinergic urticaria and whilst it’s working wonders, I can’t help but notice that when I take it, I have trouble sweating. bit of an odd complaint I know but I’m currently doing the same cardio routine as I did yesterday (and most days when I’m doing...

From my own experience, the mutant proteins are excellent. I picked up a 3 tubs of the mint choc chip ice cream at an expo a few years ago and they’re one of the best flavours I’ve had, especially as it have chocolate chips in it

As I said earlier in the thread, it’s like a different world compared to how it is here. You get the healthcare you need without then being handed a colossal bill at the end of it. Madness.

The way prices are going, it’s a smart move tbf.
