    There was a study done and published on Ergo that showed HMB despite being a metabolite of L-leucine worked threw different pathways and that taking the 2 together could be more beneficial that taking just one. If I remember correctly they both activate mtor (precursor of protein syntheses).

    I was raised watching Popeye, He-Mam, Superman 1-3, Conan, Rambo, Rocky 1-4, and had my 1st weight set at 5y.o. before the majority of people didn't even know how to build muscle. I'm going to guess that people like myself make up the majority of bodybuilding, and not bullies.
