    How are you dosing on workout days? Even though it isn't marketed for having acute effects, you could benefit from the rhodiola rosea if you take it preworkout. Rhodiola rosea has a lot of performance data, including acute effects.

    Ab Ab contains more of the actives than the regular Abliderate. It also has some small differences in additional ingredients like the euphorbia kansui extract, PS, and magnesium chloride.     I'm not familiar with the ingredients in that product. However, I think mr.cooper said it should be okay. The main thing we advise is to separate creatine doses from CardioTryx doses.

    I think coordination would be heavily tied to his lack of practice. It's tough when strength and pain were prohibiting him from practicing, and then that skill fades without practice. If he is feeling better and strength is returning, his skill would return quickly, which would be awesome to hear!
