    Absolutely. I've been battling an extremely tight psoas that has been leading to other issues (e.g., tight lower back, tight hip flexors). I've been digging a softball into my stomach (about two inches left or right of my belly button) to loosen it up.

    You can also pick up a labeled, Mylar bag of MyoSynergy from Matt. The label will be reflective of the dosing you should follow (around 8 caps instead of 5). You may even score a sample of the new Buttered Cinnamon Roll French Toast mix that will be under of new division, Evolutionary Foods.

    Also, there will be a few members starting logs with the original bottles (doubling the dose).

    The second run of bottles should be available around the 1st of June. The current bottles that have been shipped to Nutraplanet are being recapped at their production facility. Hopefully, these bottles will be finished soon.

    I had to back off from OHP, snatching, etc. For the time being, I've been hitting landline presses hard and starting to hit kettlebell bottoms up press.
