    As stated above, I am currently at 173lbs. When I began working out I was 150ish, I have a hard time gaining anything but lean muscle weight. I can consume 5k calories a day (I did for two months) and I remain at 4%bf with no cardio at all. I appreciate the advice and it is well received.
