If T was really low before starting, 200mg per week will probably provide some pretty decent gains over time. Why not give it a few months and add something when gains from higher T levels taper off.
Your story sounds similar to mine. Might want to do a 24hr saliva test to look at cortisol. Mine was very low. Addressing that made a huge difference. Now addressing T with some positive improvements. Addressing possible Hashimotos after T is sorted.
