So got my ergonine and been using for a couple days.. The blue ice flavor is pretty darn good. The first day I tried using a cup and spoon to mix but it was clumpy.. after that, shaker only and it mixes well. Felt a little pumpy-er in the gym.. Will see what happens as I continue- rosemont83
