    Hi-Tech supplements

Footnote to my Bulasterone run... Having finished up about a week ago I have noticed a significant improvement in my mental state. The last few weeks especially on Bulasterone I was depressed, anxious, agitated & rather up & down emotionally. I didn't want to point the finger at the product at...

    Injectable B12

Yes and no. That depends on the compound & a myriad of other factors influencing it's uptake, processing & any cofactors required. Also, as minerals are used in various processes effectively targeting a specific function may require some fine tuning of dosing & timing. Partial truth. In my case...

    Injectable B12

Interesting thread! I'm not B12 deficient but have a degenerative neuro condition that necessitates the supplementation of B12. I've not had B12 shots, but have tried various orals & have been tested showing elevated levels using Solgar sublingual methylcobalamin, 5000mcg dosed 1x daily. I have...

Bam Bam Goes Caveman-Mode: A Training Log

Great. You got your sh!t sorted my friend :bigok: You can certainly find some extra fats without resorting to junk food. I like making up a big pot of mashed sweet & potato, dosed with a healthy whack of organic butter & sometimes a hit of olive oil or coconut oil for a little silkiness. Given...

Bam Bam Goes Caveman-Mode: A Training Log

Interesting, I didn't know that about the cumulative liver stress from combining GW with other compounds. kboxer7 is good for info like that, ain't he? Good plan, you' certainly are taking quite the cocktail atm, i'll be most keen to see what your run down the other side of the hill will look...

    Forearm tattoo ideas

Hey, we all know what the likely outcome is when we get inked, and if you don't have that consideration then you're going to be in for a rude awakening. You gotta be smart about it & if that means keeping covered then so be it. You can't avoid peoples prejudices, but you can certainly do your...

And that is old school public perception, personal judgement. Not being critical of you & I understand exactly what you're saying. I do think values are changing & have come a long way these past few years. I recently saw a show on tv, they followed an English guy looking to break into the...

You sir are ill mannered and lacking in appreciation for art following form. That is akin to saying that avatar pics of guys showing abs are tasteless, but that a full body shot is ok for some.

    Forearm tattoo ideas

What's a tattoo? :D Why are you asking us? Seriously dude, go buy some magazines & see what grabs you. Work with what you've already got & develop a theme around it. There are some truly amazing artists getting around, lots of them, and the general skill level & ink quality is so far above...

Keeping Up With The Yates': A Couple's Training Log

And that is something to be wary of. If it's excessively massaged/manipulated, or done so incorrectly, then you may end up with knotty, fibrous collagen repair that will create a weak point. It's not just uncomfortable & a turd to train with, removing that scar tissue is painful & if left for...

    SARM's, MK, & GW : A User's Guide

I wouldn't say most, no, but certainly some fullness remained. It's not something I would run solo again, I seem to need more input & get better (strength & muscle) results from PH's like Trenavar. Osta is also more effective than LGD in that regard, for me. I also didn't pay enough attention...

    SARM's, MK, & GW : A User's Guide

I think it was only for a week or 2, at the end of about a 10 week cycle. Pretty sure I did 3 weeks at 6mg, 2+ weeks at 9mg then switched brands, 3 weeks at 10mg & a week & half at 15mg to finish. Something like that. I felt nothing at 6mg, better at 9/10mg & really took off at 15mg. Size more...

    SARM's, MK, & GW : A User's Guide

Most I used was 15mg & it was significantly more effective for me at that dose than 9 & 10mg. In saying that, I still get better results from 20/25mg of osta than I do LGD. Curious ain't it?

    Customer service help

Awesome. To their credit they have jumped to attention since I gave them a serve. Order refunded & a couple of unflavoured Ergonine tracked down. I hope they have taken this criticism onboard as constructive. There is nothing more annoying than placing an order, after stuffing around trying to...
