    Take a low dose of exemestane, like 3-5 mg per day. Will calm down your gyno and you shouldnt have any noticeable sides. Since you have high estro you should tackle the problem at the root of it all. Taking tamox will not fix high estro, it will only masks its effects in your breast tissue...
