Thank you for answering! I am thinking I can do some arm/leg workouts in my mini garage gym. It’s mainly core I can’t engage right now (which practically every work out does). So I will keep it light. I definitely want to get the most benefit from it.
Great job!! I’m still recovering so I haven’t been back in the gym yet. My weight has stayed around 136-140. Having some post-surgical complications but I’m hoping it will all be resolved soon so I can get back to it 💪🏼
I started at the lowest dose and worked my way up, but I’ve stayed at .5mg because the dose is still working well for me. I’d recommend to start at the lowest since everyone tolerates it differently
I unfortunately am needing the last of my ovary and fallopian tube removed. I have a very extensive medical/surgical history. I have Crohn’s disease and a ton of scar tissue. The scar tissue has created a massive peritoneal cysts that has encompassed my fallopian tube and they will most likely...

I’ve been on semaglutide and MT2. Was on cardarine for a bit but stopped. This is all in conjunction with major gym time and portion control/caloric def. I’m about to have a major surgery end of July so I’m relaxing a bit on the gym and once I’m all healed up gonna go hard with a clen cutting...
I’m new to all of this lol I’ve only had experience with var years ago. I’m also not trying to feel stimmed to the max. I’m going to try the lowest dose of clen 2 on 2 off to see if I can tolerate.
I am stim sensitive so I try to stay away from anything other than 1 cup of coffee a day haha! Right now I am only on cardarine and thermo scorch. I think the thermo scorch has given me a 2 day headache :( but yeah I’m not trying to stack too much. I am only adding the semaglutide once it...
I agree! I’m starting off with the lowest dose. I have a coworker on it for diabetes management and she swears by it. I’ve read a lot of good things but have seen some of the sides too. I super need it for appetite control, especially while I’m building healthy habits and lifestyle changes, it...
