Solid experience and advice right there
does anyone have experience with performax massmax xt yet ? Dont want to go the anabolic route but want to try something new before i begin to cut at the end of march
I have lactose issues when i use blends so personally i stick to Dymatize iso100 or mutant isosurge
Mutant is cheaper but i cant find a rival quality wise in the UK for iso100 so i tend to stick with that .. fudge brownie is THE ONE
They wont as your gains will be decided by training , genetics and nutrition predominantly .. id say LGD will add maybe 5-10% on to that if your lucky - my honest advice would be avoid it and go with something easier to use with no recovery needed
Agree with John ^^
Instead of deciding between the two see what results you can get from the safer option before risking Xy&Z with LGD - i used LGD last year and had a pretty slewed bloods panel afterwards .. could of been the source or a reaction .. but all in all the ' gains ' werent enough...
Just have your nuts you took from your post workout meal .. before bed after your dinner .. as a ' snack ' 30gms nuts is a good handful - dont take them out totally as you will be 2-300 calories down
As above .. and take out some of the fats from post workout .. your training in a fasted state your body will need nutrients you dont want fats in there in any excess amount that will majorly slow the digestion down
Thanks bud .. couple of pointers as i am also fairly carb sensitive and have to be careful so .. my advice would be ( and this is by no means gospel , just my opinion )
1, spread your carbs around the 3 meals closest to your workout and eat protein veggies and fats for the remaining meals -...
There are several steps you could consider taking before using/spending money on a GDA to get the best out of your situation .. how are your current meals split ? What are your other macros ? Loosing weight / fat doesnt just come down to carbohydrates it really needs to be a planned split across...

In fairness it may be cheaper long term to make your own and you can adjust the doseages depending on requirement ... good state glyco x is an excellent source of berberine and contains banaba leaf .. life extension na-r-ala ... chromium pic or chromax is cheap enough too .. buy some cinnamon...
For me personally i really like SlinMax .. and after the whole prime controversy i wouldnt trust anything BSL or any of their associated companies products
Strongly recommend and advise a supplement called Ravenous by project AD .. i take 2 capsules with normal meals and 3 caps with larger meals ( ensuring i dont go over 6 per day ) .. keeps my digestion moving and makes me haaaangry!
I have the same / similar issue .. not that ive ever gotten competition lean but i did get pretty lean last summer for a couple of egotistical reasons lol i had a dexa scan and my upper body was 7% bodyfat where as my leg leg ( dominant ) was 13% and my right was 14% .. mad to think that it...
Ive been doing the 1.5 scoops isolate with 20g nut butter in almond milk .. just wondered what people did .. ive always shyed away from casien due to me thinking ' if im getting a leucine spike .. why do i want a blunted spike drip fed over hours ' lol
This has been my previous way of thinking too .. was just interested in the pros and cons but i have to agree .. plus it does have some digestive benefit surely of having a clear stomach for 4-5 hours
