I'm pretty sure drinking alcohol in general is ****ty for physique purposes. maybe some red wine is good, but I don't know anyone who goes to the club and sips one glass of wine.

250mg of testosterone would probably be great if you are a hypogonadal male.
if you're a healthy man with good testosterone levels in your 20s then you're probably looking at a very mild boost into low supraphysiologic testosterone levels. then you're going to be suppressed for a few weeks...
it's best she just lay off cooking that good stuff early on.
if you wanted to then just schedule a weekly cheat meal or cheat day. save the good old stuff for a predetermined time.
