The only other thing I changed was I upped my Prami from .2mg to 1mg (since tren can increase prolactin). But I honestly don't think it was that. I've never had a problem with Prami.

Well you should go ahead and get Inhibit P then. But there's no reason to use Form if you're already off your PCT and aren't having any estrogen issues. Form is an AI, not a prolactin antagonist.
It is possible for SERMs to increase prolactin. Honestly I would just get some Prami since you can get it for roughly the same price as Inhibit P. Just dose it similarly to your SERM and taper off both at the same time.
You could go to a clinic and ask for a biopsy. Basically they'll numb it right there, cut out the lump, and send it to lab for testing (to make sure it's not cancerous). Real quick and easy procedure I've had it done before.
