    d-bol

D-bol is typcially ran for 30 days, and is typically used to jumpstart a cycle until a form of test (or any long acting ester) steroid kicks in. It has hard androgenic effects (water retintion, bloatness, acne, the whole nine yards). A friend of mine took some legit D-bol and at the end of his...

apple cider vinegar flushing the test

ANy kind of test your going to get some kind of acne. A buddy of mine ran a test complex and he broke out pretty bad but got massive gains. You can't simply "flush" test out of your body like any kind of drug. From what I understand you have to siomply just let your body expel it naturally.

    alpha one and on probation?

The UA drug panels are dependent on what your charge is. I recall during orienation a few years back that a guy charged with possesion of anabolic steroids had to be tested for steroids in addition to the standard drug panels for UA's which include: opiates, marijuana, coke, amphetamines...

    Sprinting vs Low Intensity Cardio

HIIT for sure as focusman said, and baby swole for hills. including a combination of HIIT and hills you'll be skyrocketting your metabolic rate to incenerate fat, and including hills will increase the challenge, increase leg strentgh and GH levels all great for cutting!

Hi extreme pain in shoulder, but does not seem to be RC

When you begin your sets, do you perform a warm-up at all? Or just jump into the lifts? I'd go see a GP to start with and see what he thinks. specialists are generally refrenced when the GP thinks you need surgery or physical therapy - typically when something is beyond the GP's head. In the...
