  1. Help with making a split for my next "creatine" cycle

Dude. You sound like you know what you're talking about. And I do agree with every bit of advice you post.... But this is a forum. And the way you come off makes me want to rage and rebel against you whether your right or wrong. If you want your good advice to be used (which I'm assuming you're...
  2. Trying To Create Separation and Keep Lean Mass While Cutting

Still need to up the fats IMO. Also what are you doing to burn those extra calories every day?
  3. Pre-Workouts doesn't work for me

Uhhhh. I'm gonna have to ask. Have you ever stopped taking anything with Caffine for a period if time? Honestly it just sounds like you've built up a hefty resistance to stims. I used to be in the same boat until I actually did what the directions told me on the containers and cycle off for a...
  4. shoulders are rolled/tilted forward.

Precisely. Throw in some face-pulls, variations of shrugs, and some old school scarecrows. Scapular raises are a good option as well.
  5. shoulders are rolled/tilted forward.

Scapular retraction is what I would suggest working on. Basically work on posture more than anything else. Maybe start working your back more so than usual. If you've simply just neglected back then the solution seems pretty strait forward. Train back. Rows, deads, pull-ups,pull-downs. Etc...
  6. Article: Best Foods For Staying Lean And Healthy

Wouldn't say it's misinformation per say. Definitely overstated though.
  7. Article: Eat For Your Body Type

But it is something we can control. That's why people diet, lift weights, and do cardio. Telling someone they're fat and can't help it because of genetics is almost as worse then telling the same person the could clean up their diet and reap the benefits.
  8. Educate Me

Yeah. I think you need to reeducate yourself on nutrition before anything else..... 1300 calories a day.... Damn.
  9. Douchebags at the gym...

The worst is when they do say something back. Like how YOUR form is wrong. Or how you're going to hurt yourself doing it that way. Give me a break.
  10. Douchebags at the gym...

I work at a university gym and this one guy comes in on a Monday for chest day. He loads the bar up with 415 and sits there psyching himself up. Of course we only have a finite amount of benches so people are waiting on this guy to get done with it as well as others are staring him down as it's...
  11. Article: Eat For Your Body Type

I wouldn't go far as to say that body types don't exist. But they are drastically over stated for the most part.
  12. Article: Music Lowers Testosterone

The fact that this study was done more then 10 years ago and I'm not reading about it til now leads me figure this is just much ado about nothing. Still interesting though. We have yet to figure out what exactly the evolutionary value of music truly is, that theory is one I've yet to hear.
  13. Hitting shoulder twice a week?

^^^This Shoulders definitely need some iso work, imo. Especially the middle and posterior. I personally don't do any extra anterior work because I feel like I hit them enough on OHP, bench, and incline presses. Improper shoulder development can ruin posture, which gets in the way of...
  14. Tips on how to cut

At 23% I would simply focus on being in a calorie deficit for now. Don't worry about whether or not you're eating too many carbs or fat. Just eat healthy on a consistent basis, lift heavy, and throw in a steady level of cardio. Keep it simple at first. And start working these methods into your...
  15. .

Hey, I've been lurking on these forums for quite sometime. I'm new to this posting thing, but this particular subject and the research you posted has me interested. Jiigzz, Would you actually recommend a high-carb over a high-fat? My cuts in the past have pretty much consisted of a...
