    The idea of spiking insulin after a tough workout can't be completely foolproof, right? I feel I have been adding some puffiness in face/stomach specifically, and haven't noticed any spectacular gains. Anyone else recognize this?

    The ultimate solution! ha She's actually the type of girls--like a lot of girls out there--that now only head to the gym when they "have to" for beach season. I'm trying to get her on board for gym trips more often.

    I hear ya, I'm in a similar position. I am working on leaning out, currently sitting at about 20% bf. It's easy to get confused on what's important, I'm just trying to stick to the basics, nailing down the diet is number one for sure.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but I know legs oftentimes need a tremendous amount of volume. I used GVT tonight for legs, needless to say I've never felt so exhausted after a leg workout and practically crawled outta the gym!
