I have used all of these at some point except the incline lat raises. The arnold presses, front squats, and wide grip behind neck chins are staples in all my workout routines. I think I'll have to try the lats out now.
Is that 1000 mg per month? He wants to run 200 mg twice a week at a minimum. It will keep his levels stable. Run that for 10-12 weeks, have an ai on hand before starting, and plan out pct before starting so he can make sure that he can get all needed.

Im not familiar with the explosive workout but if you feel that the change would be beneficial i would try it both ways and see which way works better for you.
I change my routine up every 8-12 weeks depending on how i feel. Am i still seeing results? Am i bored to the point its effecting my intensity? Or if i feel i need more focus on a particular area. Its up to you and everyone is different.
I do super shrugs. 5 reps of Deadlift 60-70% of 1rm and shrug 5 reps each lift. 3-4 sets. I do this after my back workout before i start shoulders. It works well for me.

I just finished a 10 week test 4 week winny blast and I still have morning wood. anymore shut down I received, I didn't notice, even though my test levels were in the low 200 's before I started. No pct , because I am starting on trt.
