    I am on 20mg osta currently and can confirm lower back pain / pump is a side effect. Taurine also helps a ton. All I can say is do not do heavy rack pulls with a lower back pump....that was unpleasant.

    My bottle says to take 4 capsules with my largest meal of the day yet everything online and maybe the old bottles say different. Took 4 capsules with lunch and having some GI issues maybe I misread the bottle?
