    I was drinking regularly on my epi cycle and got pretty sick a couple times. I also noticed that alcohol effected me much more than when off cycle. I suggest you don't drink at all.

    I did a 40/40/40/40 cycle of epistane (basically the same as havoc) without a SERM afterwards and didn't get any sides. But sdrol is completely different beast from what I read.
