Thanks man, sounds good.
Final questions: When should I start the 5 day frequency? This Friday would be day 10/my next scheduled injection. And then also should I get bloodwork after doing the 5 days for a little while to see how my body is reacting? If so, when should I get the bloodwork...
I've been on TRT for about 5 months now. Originally was 200mg of Cyp every 14 days, then I was able to talk my Endocrinologist r into lowering it to every 10 days because my peak and trough Test levels were very far apart (about 1150 peak and 250 trough on the 14 day cycle, and with the 10...
Im currently bulking, at 176lbs right now, have a faster than normal metabolism, and my insulin levels and fluctuations are at a normal level. I train in the morning exclusively and usually train within and hour or 2 of waking. This prevents me from getting meals in before my wo.
A buddy of...
Cool, I actually stopped using Arginine and just use CitMal now and its worked great for me. I dont mind taking 6'g's of it TBH but if Agmatine gies a better pump I'll switch to Agmatine.
Going to pick some up to test er' out.
Thanks

It appears that Agmatine and CitMal/Arginine work antaganotically to each other, yet I see many pre wo powders with both these ingredients. Anyone take both at the same time and see good results?
I just dont see how taking both would be good because Agmatine is an NO...
One more thing; I know its not common in the modern age of bodybuilding but I have been doing the Stomach Vacuum for about 6 months now and I think its a great exercise to add into your ab routine. Its very weird but all the old school bb'ers used to do them and it also trains you how to make...
I agree with ^. I used to do abs everyday. Now once or twice week at most. My abs usually hurt more on Leg day than any ab day; Same goes for back workout if i'm doing bent over rows where your core is engaged a lot.
Cool man, thanks a lot. Yea, I train legs Sunday. Maybe I'll try a different approach and see how it fits me. Do you have a link to the shoulder saver posts? I don't prefer some of those particular exercises you put as an example but I can just swap out for another compound movement.
Thanks...
Sure, why not, I'm always open to information. My current split is:
M: Abs/Traps/Shoulders. I've been doing less shoulders lately, and more abs and traps. Just external rotation rehab exercises.
T: Arms
W: Rest
TH: Chest
F: Back
SA: Rest
SU: Legs
I train 5x/week currently. I'm trying to rehab/heal a nagging rear deltoid/infraspinatus strain I've had for a while. I'm tired of working through the pain and dealing with the pwo inflammation. I was thinking about training every other day to help with recovery for a couple months, at least...
As the title states, I call up the company today to find out that USPowders, the company the makes the micronized 8:1:1 bcaa powder for nutraplanet has discontinued selling it. This really sucks because there are very few if any other brands of bcaa that offer micronized powder at this ratio...
So your saying that it should be one or the other? depending on what your trying to "combat"? Mental fatigue (use ALCAR) or physical fatigue (use PLCAR)
I've taken DAA and liked it a lot, but im on TRT now (Test Cyp) so i dont think thats necessary. My test is 1100 peak and bout 550 trough, 200mg/10days.
Lemme know how you like the PLCAR after a few weeks. Ill tryout some PLCAR myself and see what she does me for.
Thanks
Well I'm runnin low on ALCAR so I may pickup some ALCAR and PLCAR and do 1g and 1g and see what I get. I've been doing 2g's (every so often 2.5g) pre wo. none on rest days. I take other supps as well to give me mental focus such as ginko and dopa mucuna. Usually some caffeine alone will get...
