I usually just bring in a shaker with about half a cup of oats and a tsp of cinnamon and about 35 to 40g of protein powder, ill throw in some bcaa powder, a bit of creatine and there you have it! :))
Cycle the fats and macros bro, low fats one day, high carbs another. Your gonna get bored eventually haha. Looks pretty good, but if you wanna add mass you might want to up the carbs to match your protein.
I personally wouldn't drink less water and more milk. Your body is mainly made out of water. Although, having a glass here and there to fit macros won't do any harm, but don't reduce water intake. I usually have a glass of milk once or twice a month and that's only when i have a cheat smoothie...
