    Thanks for the support. I just got health insurance. So, I'll make sure to get a blood test towards the end. I wouldn't do this unless I was sure I could keep my body healthy.

    Gatorade. I'm sure you've heard of Louie Simmons. On his way to a meet with his buddy Chuck Vogelpohl he was drinking can after can of gatorade because he wanted to compete in a weight class higher than his. Needless to say he GAINED a ton of water.

    Sheepshead... I think brooklyn barbell is taken... plus, we need something that doesn't narrow down the demographic. The wider the better. Maybe later we can tailor to a particular demographic, but for now everyone should feel welcome.

    From what I've read its mostly one of those "safe than sorry" ideas... Try to pre-load it at least a week maybe even at 4 or 6 caps a day if you're short on cash.
