    You know I have those moments too. It's like 9pm comes and I get this heavy feeling, but I tell myself it's too early. So, I end up losing my sleepiness by 11pm and it's all down hill from there. Maybe our actual sleep cycle is based on 9pm-4am. Maybe we're just freaks of nature. =D

    If you have access to a safety squat bar, you can use that and still squat. I mean upper body is out of the question for sure. No safety squat bar? Use the smith machine and squat without holding the bar with your hands. It's been done before. That's all I can come up with.

    You'd be surprised. There is a lot of incorrect information out there. The best part is when you think a source is reliable...tunedsports, primordialperformance, etc. and yet the info is not correct there either.
