    Sorry can I expand on that. Clomid helps with fertility? So you would just add it to the protocol and you effectively restart? Can the testicles get shut down permanently whilst being on TRT? What is a good routine to keep them in check? If the above is the case, what is the purpose of HCG...

    I believe... it's to do with the chemical makeup. BioIdentical hormones are usually extracted from plants and are meant to be an exact chemical match to our own bodies hormones.     Yeah, I'll get it in control using Arimidex first since thats what I've been scripted. Then I'll look at doing a switch over to Aromasin. I dont know anything about Arimidex sides yet, dont think I've got any :P but will check into potentials.

    yeah its way over :) its already tested. I came in at 211 (range up to 156) so I'm over big time. I think that is about 55 or 60 pg/ml equiv So you've found that you can keep Estrogen in control without having to worry about it all the time? Is Aromasin easier to work with than Arimidex?

    How did you work out that you only had one testicle working? I've got two, but one was undescended (corrected as baby) but it's like the size of a large grape, the other one is way bigger. Always wondered if it even worked and I think it's half the reason for my low T.
