    I know what you mean, I've been on test cypionate I had good results from that. I'm Leary of orals don't want to run through my liver. I need to adjust my diet I think I would get even better results.

    Did you all set your own diet? Or did you have help with dietition? I'm working on my diet but I feel I am missing something. Just dont want to spend money on a dietitian if I can do it myself.
